General Care
Extra care should be given to plated jewellery.
We will happily assist in re-plating any jewellery pieces, as plating wears off after a while. Plating service starts at R200.
Warranty
Z & R will repair a piece at no charge within 1 month of purchase, thereafter a repair fee will be charged to the client.
The amount will be determined after inspection of the product.
The client will be responsible for the arrangement of and courier costs incurred in transporting the piece/s to and from our studio.
Kindly note that if the jewellery item is taken to another jeweller for a repair, polish and/or cleaning, the warranty on your piece will be suspended and Z&R will not be held responsible for any damages occurring thereafter.
