• Zadie and Remarco Jewellery Atelier pieces are hand-made to order; please allow 10-15 working days for manufacturing and processing prior to shipping. Orders are not processed on Saturdays & Sundays or on public holidays. 

 

• Custom orders may require more time depending on the design.

• Manufacturing will only commence once full payment has been received, unless a prior agreement has been made.

• If you are based in Johannesburg, you may choose to collect your order from our studio in Bergbron (Roodepoort area) during business hours.

• Z&R items are shipped throughout South Africa using a reliable courier service. A standard courier rate of R150 is charged per order. Local orders of R1500 and over qualify for free shipping.

• You will receive a notification and tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

​

• It can take up to 2-5 working days for delivery (this excludes South African public holidays).

​

• Please ensure you have filled in the correct physical address. Deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes.
