Return and Exchange Policy
Returns
Unfortunately, we do not do refunds.
If an item is purchased from us and you would like to return it, you will either receive a credit note, or you can exchange your item for something else of the same value.
Exchanges
▫ Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
▫ Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
▫ We only replace items if they are defective or the incorrect size.
▫ All items must be returned in their original packaging and must have no signs that it was used or worn.
▫ Once we receive the item you wish to exchange, we will inspect it and get into contact with you to discuss your options.
▫ If you choose an item that is more expensive than the returned item, the balance will have to be settled before the new item is shipped or collected.
You will be responsible for shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
▫ If you receive a credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit.
▫ If you are shipping an item over R200, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, since Z&R cannot be held responsible for damage or loss of items sent to us.
